Ingredients:

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 dash fresh nutmeg
  • 8 slices good bread or whole wheat
  • fresh w hipped cream

Directions:

  1. Spray the inside of each cup of a six cup muffin pan with non=stick cooking spray
  2. Set aside
  3. In a medium size mixing bowl,whisk togethher he eggs,milk,cinnamon,vanilla,nutmeg.
  4. Cut a slit in the corner of each slice of bread from the middle of slice to the edge.
  5. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture
  6. Lightly press each into a cup of the muffin in without tearing.
  7. Bake the French Toast cups for 12-14 mintes,until light golden brown.
  8. Allowthe cups to cool slightly,in the muffin tin before removing them.
  9. To serve,arrange the cups onto a platter and fill each one with the fresh fruit.
  10. Top with the freshly whipped cream.
  11. Yum!
