Ingredients:

  • 600 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Boil agar powder, sugar and water together, stirring constantly.
  2. When mixture boils, remove from the fire.
  3. Spoon fruit into moulds.
  4. Add food colouring if desired.
  5. Pour agar into the moulds and leave it to set.
  6. Chill.
