Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt six ounces of good dark chocolate with a quarter cup of cream or half-and-half, being careful not to boil.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, taste and add a little sugar if you like.
  3. Put it in the blender with three cups of ice and pulse until an even consistency is reached.
  4. Note: Do not blend too much as the consistency might become watery.
  5. Serve in small bowls or cups and garnish as desired.
