Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
  5. Fold in frozen blueberries.
  6. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
  7. Combine sugar and nutmeg; sprinkle over muffins.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
  9. If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw before adding to batter.
