Ingredients:

  • 16 oz egg whites
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 8 cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Saute veggies in olive oil- add scrambled eggs- and finish in over 450.
