Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set the frying pan to medium heat
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Saute garlic and onion
  4. Add diced carrot, ham/hot-dog and shrimp
  5. Stir fry until shrimp changed color
  6. Set-aside in the frying pan
  7. Break 2 pieces of egg
  8. Mix it well then add the left-over rice
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste
  10. Stir fry for 15 minutes
  11. Serve hot! good for me and my wife ^_^
