Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Steam carrot and green beans
  2. Dice all veg
  3. Fry all veg with one tsp oil.
  4. Add additional tsp oil, fry rice.
  5. Add soy sauce
