Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
  2. Make 4 sandwiches of the Mozzarella and stale bread.
  3. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture.
  4. Press edges together.
  5. Heat oil to high heat.
  6. Fry sandwiches on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Drain and serve immediately.
