Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pastry:Combine flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Cut in shortening and butter until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Sprinkle in water while mixing lightly.
  4. Form dough into ball.
  5. Chill while preparing filling.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Filling:In large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper and onion.
  8. Add cheese and spinach and mix well.
  9. Roll out pastry place in 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  10. Pour filling into shell and bake for 45-50 minutes.
