Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini carefully stir the tahini to make sure the oil and paste are combined
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt more or less to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place beans and garlic in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add a little more olive oil or water to make the hummus creamy and smooth.
