  1. Place parsley, dill, and tarragon on a baking sheet. Bake at 200° for 40 minutes or until herbs are dry. Crush herbs to a fine powder, using a mortar and pestle.
  2. Combine powdered herbs, salt, and paprika in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container. Use as a seasoning in poultry, fish, or vegetable dishes.
