  1. Dice cucumber and set aside. Finely mince fresh garlic cloves and set aside. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add dash salt and dill. Mix in garlic and mozzarella. Stir in cucumber. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
