Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup corn kernals
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook corn and milk in a skillet over medium high heat until tender, about 7-9 min. Cool. In a food processor, puree 2/3 cup corn, cream cheese, lime juice and salt. Season with pepper. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Serve with chips.
