Fresh Basil And Garlic Vinegarette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 fresh basil plant (leaves only)
  • 600 ml olive oil

Directions:

  1. Place vinegar, sugar, basil and garlic in blender. blend till mixed. keep blending whilst you trickle oil at a steady stream through the lid of the blender. blend untill thick. enjoy. keeps for a couple of weeks in the chiller.
