French Toast (W/ Fake Eggs)

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in shallow, wide bowl.
  2. Heat skillet to medium with oil.
  3. Soak each slice of bread lightly.
  4. Place on pan and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until brown.
