Directions:

  1. Slice garlic and onions into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pot.
  3. Add garlic and onion.
  4. Cook til transluscent.
  5. Add water and bouillon.
  6. Simmer about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve in a bowl with a slice of bread and cheese to top.
