Freezer Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 7 cups cucumbers
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice and peel cucumbers.
  2. Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cool place.
  3. Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days.
  4. Fill containers and store in the freezer.
