Ingredients:

  • 4 quarts corn
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut uncooked corn off of cob to equal 4 guarts.
  2. Bring corn, sugar, salt and water to a boil.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Pack undrained corn in 1 quart freezer containers or ziplocs for later use.
