Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water, oil, flour and salt then mix with fork and press into large quiche pan.
  2. Combine eggs, cream and seasonings then whisk for 1 minute.
  3. Put cheeses, vegetable and crab into prepared shell.
  4. Pour liquid over filling and bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
