Ingredients:

  • 3 cup. of bread flour
  • 1 tsp. of rosemary (dried )
  • 1 tsp. of oregano (dried )
  • 2 tsp. of dried yeast
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • 1 tsp. of oil
  • 1 1/2 cup. of water

Directions:

  1. First add in all the ingridients to the bread machine.
  2. Next when your dough cycle is done, take out the dough and knead on a floured surface for approx. 10 min.
  3. Then leave it in covered in a warm place for about 30 min.
  4. Now you want to knead the dough for about a min.
  5. Next grease up bread baking tray and put dough in this.
  6. Leave again in a warm place for about 60 min.
  7. Then you can rub some olive oil over dough.
  8. Next you want to put a finger in the dough and sprinkle with rock salt and olive oil and basil pesto and parmesan cheese.
  9. Put chopped sun dried tomatoes and black olives on top.
  10. Bake at 225 degrees for about 15 min.
  11. Yummy!
