Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder (yes tbsp is right) haha
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients and stir until mixed. (Batter will be thick.)
  3. Pour onto heated, Pam-sprayed griddle, and flip when bubbles form. cook until done.
  4. Yummy with heated syrup!
