Fluffy Bannana Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 tsp hot water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix together each ingredient one at a time
  2. The bannans can be mushed ahead of time or just mixed really well when out in the bowl!
  3. Use a 9x13 pan
  4. Bake for 1 hour 350 or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
  5. ENJOY!!
