Ingredients:

  • 1 oz manzanilla sherry
  • 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • marasca cherry, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine the tequila, sherry, maraschino liqueur, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice; stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
