Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak flax seed in 2 cups water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Place tomato, pepper, garlic, ginger and basil in the food processor. Process until well blended. Add the ground flax seed and process well.
  3. Mix in bowl the soaked flax seed (with water) and the flax/veggie mixture.
  4. Place on dehydrator sheets spreading to desired thickness.
  5. Dehydrate one hour at 135. Reduce heat to 115 for 6 hours. Flip onto mesh sheet, dehydrate for 8-10 more hours.
