Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine until soft.
  2. Sift in cocoa and blend well.
  3. Sift in icing sugar. Mix well adding more icing sugar if too soft to roll.
  4. Shape into a roll.
  5. Roll in nuts.
  6. Wrap in plastic and chill for several hours.
  7. Serve in slices.
  8. NOTE
  9. I think it would be nice rolled in toasted coconut, crushed candy canes or any number of things besides nuts. This sounds like a very versatile recipe so let your imagination run wild!
