Flank Steak Marinade (Oamc)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks (or any steak really)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in plastic bag.
  2. Add steak
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Cook to med-rare and slice thinly across the grain.
