Ingredients:

  • 5 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp heaping minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup soy sause

Directions:

  1. Marinate for 3 to six hours. Grill over high heat 2 minutes per side. let rest and slice against the grain
