  1. Rub the Maida into the butter with finger tips.
  2. Add sugar, salt and oats. Combine well.
  3. Add waterMake into a dough but do not knead.
  4. Cover with cling wrap/foil and chill 20mins.
  5. Pre-heat oven 200c. Roll out dough about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes. Place on ugreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 8-10mins or until edges turn brown.
