Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 8 skewers
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • lime wedges

Directions:

  1. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and five spice. Trim tenderloin, slice thinly thread onto skewers. Brush with some of sauce.
  2. Grill kabobs 3-4 minutes, brush with remaining sauce turn and grill 3 to 4 mores minutes. sprinkle with peanutes and cilantro, serve with lime wedges.
