Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 1/4 cups icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp maple extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. MIX TOGETHER 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR AND 4 TBSP MILK BRING TO A BOIL OVER MED HEAT IN POT ON STOVE.
  2. REMOVE POT FROM STOVE ADD 2 1/4 CUPS ICING SUGAR THEN DEPENDING ON FLAVOUR ADD FLAVOURING FROM LIST OF INGREDIENTS.
  3. STIR WELL POUR INTO A GREASED 8X8 PAN REFRIGERATE.
