Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until tender but not over soft.
  3. Pour into a colander and drain well then transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Put raisins, dates, prunes, apple and pineapple into a small bowl then stir in lemon juice.
  5. Combine and blend ricotta cheese, sour cream, honey, salt, spices, sugar, and concentrate.
  6. Stir in melted shortening.
  7. Put eggs into a cup and beat with a fork then combine with mixture.
  8. Pour over noodles and fold in then fold in fruits.
  9. Grease a rectangular casserole dish with shortening.
  10. Fill with mixture distributing fruit evenly.
  11. Cover tightly with a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes.
  12. Uncover and bake until surface looks set about 10 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and place on a trivet to cool 10 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
  14. Serve warm or at room temperature.
