Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion-sliced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. fresf parsley-chopped
  • 1# mild fish fillits(cod-turbot-perch-ect. )

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high heat.saute onions and garlic in oil till softened.
  2. Stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley and wine.simmer for 5 minutes,
  3. Place fillits in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or till fish flakes easly.
