Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Arrange crackers in rows in a 15-by-10-inch jellyroll pan so that crackers are touching each other.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning over crackers.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper flakes.
  5. Top evenly with cheese.
  6. Place pan on center shelf of oven.
  7. Close door and turn off oven.
  8. Leave in oven at least 4 hours.
  9. It's OK to leave it overnight, but take it out first thing in the morning.
  10. Break apart.
  11. They keep for several weeks stored in an airtight container.
