Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pierce and bake pie crust at 400 F for 5 minutes.
  2. Quarter figs.
  3. Mariante in lemon juice, zest and sugar for 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange figs in baked pie crust.
  5. Mix eggs, sugar, yoghurt, marinating liquid, corn starch, vanilla and salt.
  6. Pour yoghurt mixture over figs and bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool and refrigerate, serve cold.
