Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. 350 degree oven
  2. Pound chicken breasts ti 1/4 inch thick
  3. Divide into four pieces
  4. Season and divide feta between 4 pieces
  5. Fold chicken in half
  6. Spread 1/8 cup bread crumbs on bottom of baking pan
  7. Place chicken on top of bread crumbs
  8. Spread remaining breadcrumbs on top of chicken.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
