Fat Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and raisins. In a seperate bowl beat egg whites, corn syrup, vanilla and water until frothy. Stir the egg mixture into the oat mix until combined. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden on the bottoms.
