Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325' F
  2. In a large bowl...beat cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, oil, water, and eggs at low speed until just moistened
  3. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in raisins and pecans
  5. Spoon the batter into 3 greased and floured 3 3/4 - 7 1/2-inch loaf pans
  6. Bake 50 -60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few crumbs attached
  7. Cool in pans for 10 minutes
  8. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
  9. To store wrap well in plastic wrap
