Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center.
  3. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla and bananas. Stir, do not beat.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
