Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then butter glass pie dish.
  2. Sprinkle half of the breadcrumbs in prepared pie dish.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the chopped chives and half of the grated cheese.
  4. Carefully break eggs into pie dish spacing evenly.
  5. Top with remaining breadcrumbs, chives and grated cheese.
  6. Season with cayenne and salt then pour half-and-half over mixture and bake 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chive pieces and serve immediately.
