Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by manufacturer.
  2. Bake on regular cycle.
  3. This will also work on rapid bake cycles.
