Ingredients:

  • 7/8 cup water , lukewarm
  • 2 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 1/8 tsp fast rise yeast

Directions:

  1. Combine according to your manufacturer's directions.
  2. Success Hints: For a different kind of snack, top with Simple Chutney Cheese Spread (see recipe I posted) This recipe can be made using regular or rapid rise cycles.
