Ingredients:

  • 1 cup garbanzo beans dried soaked with 1/4 tsp baking soda overnight
  • 1 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 piece pita bread pulsed into bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Add drained garbazos, cumin, salt, pepper, fresh parlsey, and coarsed chopped onion to bread crumbs in possessor, pulse into fine meals. Form about 1/4 cup into flattened patties. Fry in skillet brushed with olive oil.
