Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, cornflour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder together.
  2. Mix egg and milk together.
  3. Mix dry and wet mixtures together.
  4. Dip whatever you want battered. ( Chicken, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Fish, and Hot Dogs).
  5. Fry in 350 degree Fahrenheit oil until golden brown.
