Beer Battered Shrimp With Mustard Marmalade Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp horseradish
  • 2 cups beer
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp yellow food coloring
  • 1 1/2 tbsp horseradish

Directions:

  1. Clean, peel, and devein the shrimp, leaving tails intact.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Dip the shrimp into the batter, coating thoroughly, and fry in very hot oil (350) until golden brown.
  4. Allow oil to reheat between batches.
  5. Serve with mustard marmalade sauce on the side.
  6. Sauce:.
  7. Blend three ingreddients together.
