Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add in eggs.
  2. Transfer mix to a bowl and add in banana, dry ingredients, sour cream and milk.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
  4. I bake min for 45 minutes in a 145 degree forced fan oven here in Australia.
  5. Ice with caramel icing or serve plain :o) Both ways are delicous!
