Espresso Jolt Marinade

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make espresso or coffee and let cool.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Wash meat off and poke holes in it. (If desired).
  4. Pour marinade in freezer bag and add meat.
  5. Let as much air out as you can and seal the bag.
  6. Massage the marinade into the meat.
  7. Chill for about 2 hours or so.
  8. Put directly on grill or skillet.
  9. P.S. this marinade makes about 3 cups.
