Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups of bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed above unless directed otherwise by your bread machine instructions.
  2. Color of bread is determined by your choice. I usually prefer dark to medium crust.
  3. Length of baking time will be according to your particular bread machine. This recipe is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
