Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients in the order according to your bread machines' directions.
  2. Make sure the water is at room temperature when you put it in the bread machine.
  3. This recipe will produce a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
