Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan.
  2. Place six torillas on bottom, covering bottom and most of the sides.
  3. Mix sauce (reserving a little for the top), corn, shredded chicken, beans, 1 c cheese, and seasonings together.
  4. Pout into casserole.
  5. Cover with remaining tortillas and top with remaining sauce.
  6. Cover with cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
