Emeril's shrimp andasta

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb shrimp
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Directions:

  1. Toss the shrimp in the essence.
  2. Place olive oil and 2 TB of butter Ina skillet. Add shrimp. Cook 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add wine, lemon juice, 2TB butter and cook for 1.5 minutes. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and add pasta, crushed red pepper and green onions.
